The aim of "Nedaye-e Farabi" quarterly is to reinforce inter-organizational dialogues and intersectoral communications, and to boost accountability and positive criticism. Thus, issues as security, future, job satisfaction, discrimination and motivation in the organization have been put to debate in order to promote organizational understanding, intimacy and meritocracy.
